Don't write too much text for your readers to keep reading about. They don't want to read and read, so enter some pictures too. Make everything not one color and make sure the text color is very readable. i wiki at www.elanakoko.wetpaint.com
Be careful not to over-moderate your wiki. What attracts contributors is their ability to influence the document. If you take that away, they'll have no incentive to contribute.
